Q: How do I update my email, password or other personal information?
A: Updating your information is easy. You can update your information at any time on the profile update page.

Q: Can I share my account with someone else?
A: Since it is important that a survey invitation sent to you is completed by you, please do not share your account with friends or family members. Remember, membership is free, so encourage your friends and family to sign up and receive their own surveys.

Q: How do I cancel my E-Poll account?
A: Are you sure you have to go? We would love for you to stick around, but if you must leave us you may do so here.

Q: Will my E-Poll points ever expire?
A: E-Poll points never expire as long as you complete at least one survey every 12 months and your account is in good standing. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.

Q: I recently completed a survey. Were points added to my account?
A: Points are added to your account immediately after completing a survey. However, if you do not see them in your Activity Summary or Rewards Store, log out and then log in to your account again. The points should now be updated.

Q: How does E-Poll's Refer-a-Friend program work?
A: Our referral program has ended. But good news, you can still sign up!

Q: I have a question about a reward order, but I don't see the answer above.
A: Please see the help topic E-Poll Rewards.

Q: How do I disconnect my Facebook account from E-Poll?
A: Login to Facebook and click on "Account Settings". Click on "Apps and Websites". Click the checkbox next to the E-Poll app to disconnect your Facebook account. Click "Remove" twice.
