Q: What are the system requirements to participate in E-Poll video surveys? A: To participate in our streaming video surveys you must be using a computer with a broadband internet connection or a mobile device with wifi or a cellular data connection. You will also need a up-to-date web browser from the list below: Chrome 34+ Firefox 42+ Microsoft Internet Explorer 9+ (Windows 7 or higher) Microsoft Edge Safari 8+ Other browsers and platforms (Opera, Linux, game systems, etc) may work but we do not officially support them. Q: Can I participate in video surveys from my tablet or mobile phone? A: Yes, our videos will play on mobile devices running iOS (iPhone, iPad), Android and Windows 10 mobile. If you are using a device that is not compatible, please continue the survey from a computer or other supported device. Q: How much of my cellular data plan does watching a video use? A: Generally our videos can use up to 230MB of data per 10 minutes of video. Please be aware watching video while using the data connection of your mobile device may result in overages or fees from your phone service provider. |
