Q: How can I become a member? A: It's easy! Just fill out the signup form and tell us a bit about yourself. You will then be sent an account activation email. Follow the activation link and you will be taken to your first survey. Completing this survey is worth 250 points - you're on your way to earning your first reward! Q: How much does it cost to join? A: Nothing! Membership is and always will be free!. Q: Why do you ask so many questions about me? A: In order to send you surveys that are appropriate and meaningful to you, we need to gather some information. This way, you will only receive surveys with questions about products and services that are relevant to you. Rest assured, your personal information is never shared with anyone. Please read our privacy policy for more information. Q: Do I need any special software to participate? A: For the best experience you just need an up-to-date web browser that can accept cookies. Please read the minimum requirement FAQ for more specific information Q: Can I participate if I live outside the US? A: Currently we only accept signups from people residing in the U.S. but we will be accepting international members in the near future. Q: Can more than one person signup using the same email address? A: No. Each E-Poll member must have a unique email address to identify them. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions. Q: I already have an account with E-Poll. Can my spouse, roommate, or children sign up using their own email address? A: Unfortunately, we only allow one member per household to sign up with E-Poll. All others 13 and older living at the same residence are not eligible for E-Poll membership.
