Q: How often will I receive surveys?
A: The frequency varies all the time. Sometimes you might get 1-2 new invitations per day, sometimes maybe just 1-2 per month. However, the best way to ensure that you will receive the most surveys is to keep your profile information up-to-date.

Q: Can I save a survey and come back later?
A: It is recommended that you complete a survey in one sitting. However, if necessary, you may come back to a survey and pick up where you left off as long as the survey is still open. Most surveys are only available for a limited time.

Q: I received a survey invitation, but I can't click the link in the email. What do I do?
A: Try to copy and paste the link from the email invitation into the address bar of your web browser. If that does not work, typing the link into your address bar so it looks like this (replacing 12345 with then numbers from the email):

https://www.epollsurveys.com/12345

Q: I was invited to take a survey, but when I tried to login I was told the required number of responses had already been reached. What do I do?
A: Occasionally we receive more responses for a survey than we need or faster than we expected. Responding quickly to your E-Poll survey invitations will increase your chances of being able to participate in the survey. We apologize for any inconvenience, but remember: we send out new surveys all the time, so check your email often.

Q: I was asked to watch a show on my television, and I did, but I have not received the follow-up survey. When will the survey arrive?
A: Typically the survey will be emailed to you when the television shows ends, however there are some instances where it may take an hour or two before it gets delivered to your Inbox.

Q: I was asked to watch a show on my television and then complete a survey. Can I record the show on my DVR and watch it later before completing the survey?
A: Unfortunately, no. You must watch the show "live" at the specified time and complete the survey shortly after the show airs.

Q: I was taking a survey and received an error message. What should I do?
A: Our technology department works hard to ensure a smooth experience for our members. Occasionally a problem occurs that is unforeseen. Often times the problem can be resolved by restarting your computer. If that does not allow you to continue, please contact E-Poll Member Services and submit a detailed description of the issue (including the exact error you receive). We sincerely appreciate your feedback and will work quickly to ensure things are back to normal.

Q: What are the minimum system requirements to participate in E-Poll surveys?
A: To take our basic surveys, you will need to have a up-to-date web browser that is able to accept cookies. For best results we recommend using the latest version of one of these supported web browsers:

Chrome
Firefox
Internet Explorer
Microsoft Edge
Safari

Other browsers and platforms (Opera, Linux, Windows mobile, etc) may work but we do not officially support them.

Some of our most entertaining surveys include video, which has additional requirements. Please see the Video Surveys help topic for questions specific to our streaming video surveys.
